WTY-30A Portable Drill Rig
It is a kind of small portable drilling machine upon a further optimization and improvement of the design of original QPY-30 drill rig. It is applicable to the drilling operations of prospecting & exploration, geophysical exploration, road & building construction exploration and blast hole boring.
The main feature:
1. Adopted optimum technical preference, high mechanization, and low labour intensity.
2. Oil Hydraulic driving equipped ensures easy handling and high effiency.
3. Optimised structure, Small volume, Lightweight, easy to remove and install, convenience to moving, assembling and repairing.
4. The revolving plate could be moved away from the hole with the front frame to ensure a wider working room. Multiple drilling modes selectable.
5. Transmission mechanism in drilling machine gear box makes rapid hole clean up possible.
6. By adopting external dry clutch, the gearbox becomes more compact, ensure easier operation and maintenance.
7. In its revolving plate, the newly installed bevel gear makes it running more smoothly, more adequate lubricate and long working life. Direct connection with gearbox, more compact structure. Adopted lighter 40 cylinder, Improved chuck ball system, new lever locating set, helps a reliable easy operation. The gross weight of the whole revolving plate has been reduced to half of original.
8. New gear on high RPM(578r/min. ) In case of drilling hard rock, user could use U76 diamond to drill.
9. The cantilever support of lifter planet gear has been changed to double support to raise the lighting capacity and working life.
10. Enhanced frame steel spec to enforce the entire rigidity and intensity of frame.
