Principle of grinding
GuangYi-Mill is a vertical type roller mill; It is made up of the transmission system, grinding system and body. The transmission gear makes the principal axis rotating and the principal axis drives the grinding roll synchronous rotation in the working station of GuangYi-Mill. The materials are fed in the top of the machine and are uniformly scattered to the medium body of the machine, the force of confliction and the resistance of material rotate the grinding roll. The materials are milled repeatedly by the revolution and rotation of grinding roll; The smashed materials are vented from the discharge gate.
Character of grinding
There is a changeable distance between grinding roll and wearing plate, the roller compaction origins from the composition force of centrifugal force produced by rotation and the spring force, long life-span of wearing parts, low noise, great handling capacity, and suitable for the grinding process of all kinds of soft and hard materials.
Principal feature
1) Low power consuming. It is just the 40~60% times of ball mill or Raymond mill.
2) Long life span of wearing parts, Iron added to the output is just 10 per million.
3) No dust and noise, high rate of finished products, the machine works under ordinary pressure and the recovery ratio of final protect is nearly 100%.
4) The floor area of the equipment is small, and it is just 1/2 times of ball mill and 2/3 times of Raymond mill.
5) It can be applied in the grinding process of all kinds of special materials, which are inflammable or easy to explode.
6) Simple structure and easy to maintain.
Field of application
It is widely applied to chemical engineering, manufacture of building material, metallurgy, mine, source of energy, fire resisting material and it can be used in all kinds of materials' grinding that the mohs hardness is under 8 and the require of finish fineness is not higher than 400 meshes. Such as cement, limestone, magnetite, silica, wollastonite, calcite, ferric oxide, mica, plaster, corundum, graphite, tale, zeolite, asbestos, quartzite, feldspar, sandstone, kaolin, ferroalloy (silicon iron, ferromanganese, chrome), granite, marble, lazuli, mullite, calcite, pyrite, alunite, mirabilite, barite, shale, olivine, snakestone, bauxite, turf, salt mine, hoevell, magnesium salt, barium salt, sodium silicate, red arsenic, borax, urea.
